RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchanges

We check all items before delivery to make sure they are free from any defects of workmanship. We will only accept returns if the item is faulty upon receiving it.

Exchanges can be made if the item is still available, in the event the item is no longer available we will issue an online credit note which is valid for 12 months.

mashi market does not accept returns/exchanges on SALE items.

If you wish to return any items please note the following: 
1. mashi market must be notified of your intention to return and the reasons for return/exchange. Please send us an email at hello@mashimarket.com.au with the subject "Returns" if you decide to do so. Please do not return any items before notifying us, this might result in your return not being processed.
2. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
3. All items must be unopened and unused, and returned in the original packaging including any tags.
4. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges for returning the items for change of mind. We will not be responsible for any items lost in transit. We will not offer any refund/exchange if we do not receive the item(s). We advise that customers choose a shipping method which provides tracking.
5. After receiving the returned item, mashi market will inspect the item and if deemed faulty, will exchange the item or issue an online credit note/refund.
6. mashi market may decline to offer a credit note or exchange if the item is on sale or the returned product is damaged or been used.
